It's bad debt collector Tuesday! This week's culprit is Midland Funding. They buy debt they know is so old they can't sue on it. Yet, and this is what makes them bad, is that they sue anyway and are getting default judgments and garnishing wages and bank accounts. Worse, they are keeping people from suing them for their money back with legal gymnastics. Rude.
