When you see your tenants, consider their impression of you and don't try to be someone you are not. However, if you have a very nice car as well as a moderatly nice car, consider driving the more modest one when you visit your tenants. Don't wear your best suit or dress, Again you do not want to pretend to be very poor, but you do not want to put on airs either. Be humble with your tenants. Show them that you care about them, their needs, and their home.
