Now, thank goodness, I'm not desperate for credit because as the careful consumer I am, I must go and see what the asterisks mean. 1) * Preapproved means that I have met some guideline set and that there are "conditions" that go along with this offer. It tells me to read the enclosed disclosure. (LOL, the bully bull is coming now).
